In 2013, Garzitto established a business unit in Binh Duong, Vietnam dedicated to making paper shoet fillers with recycled paper. We sell our shoe fillers to the production facilities of numerous footwear brands. In view of the fact that the market for paper shoe fillers relies on mixed recyclables for raw material, Garzitto has decided to use the more expensive corner and end pieces of recycled corrugated paper to make our products. We have also developed a patented process for facilitating paper shoe filler production (currently patented in USA, Taiwan, China, and Vietnam), which has been widely recognized in the industry and supported by major shoe brands.

In response to increased demand and the added manufacturing of industrial packing materials, Garzitto has recently invested nearly five million USD to purchase a new 30,000m2 production facility, which was completed in May of 2017. Garzitto procured the latest production equipment for this facility, including three lines of fully automated industrial dryers. This equipment has greatly improve product quality and increased efficiency to the point where the production process can be completed in around one hour. Currently, we are able to manufacture eight million pairs of shoet fillers monthly, and in the near future we expect to be able to produce fifteen million pairs. Our scale and production capacity is second to none in the Asian region.
